About the Role
We are seeking bilingual psychology and psychiatry experts to help evaluate and improve next-generation AI systems. You will apply your clinical, academic, linguistic, and cultural expertise to psychological content, case studies, assessments, and therapeutic conversations.
No previous AI experience is required.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for clinical accuracy, relevance, and ethical quality.
• Review and develop case studies, assessments, and conversational scenarios.
• Identify clinical, linguistic, and cultural inaccuracies or biases.
• Provide evidence-based feedback to improve model responses.
• Apply appropriate psychological frameworks to diverse scenarios.
• Collaborate with research and technology teams and contribute to supporting documentation.
Requirements
• PhD in Psychology or MD with completed Psychiatry residency.
• Native proficiency in French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian .
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience in clinical practice, psychological research, or higher education.
• Strong analytical, assessment, and written communication skills.
• Understanding of cultural and ethical considerations in mental health.
Preferred
• Clinical psychology or psychiatry experience.
• Psychological assessment or research experience.
• Cross-cultural or multilingual mental health expertise.
• Interdisciplinary or technology-driven project experience.
• Previous AI evaluation or training experience.
