Work Arrangement • Fully remote and asynchronous. • Independent contractor engagement. • Minimum 10 hours per week with no stated maximum. • Hours can scale up or down from week to week. • No fixed hours, screen recording, keystroke monitoring, or idle timers. • Ongoing project work rather than single-task batches. • Payment is made weekly via Stripe. • Your rate is based on your experience and is not negotiated downward after you begin. Application & Hiring Process • Apply – Submit your resume and complete a few structured questions. • Resume review – Applications are reviewed against the role requirements. • Written assessment – A written assessment may be requested for further placement. • Onboarding – Complete the contractor agreement, connect Stripe, and receive platform access. • Project matching – You’ll typically be matched with relevant live work in your specialty within about a week of onboarding. Why This Opportunity • Apply your case management expertise to AI evaluation. • Work with realistic scenarios involving discharge planning, utilization review, level-of-care decisions, and care coordination. • Help identify weaknesses in AI-generated care plans and benefit-related reasoning. • Work remotely and asynchronously with flexibility over your weekly hours. • Participate in ongoing expert project work at professional hourly rates.
