Jefferson at Home by BAYADA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Horsham, PA hospice office as a Hospice Clinical Manager .

Our team provides compassionate, high-quality hospice care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes and assisted living communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is ready to move beyond direct patient care and into a leadership role, supporting clinical excellence, mentoring fellow nurses, and helping ensure patients and families receive exceptional care.

What You’ll Do

•
Lead, motivate, and support a team of nurses and field clinicians in delivering exceptional hospice care.

•
Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits with adult and geriatric patients.

•
Provide clinical guidance and ongoing support to field staff.

•
Facilitate orientation and onboarding for newly hired clinicians.

•
Coordinate and deliver ongoing staff education, clinical training, and in-service programs.

•
Promote quality care, strong clinical practices, and a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Bring

•
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

•
At least two years of nursing experience.

•
Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

•
Hospice experience preferred.

•
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

•
A passion for supporting patients and families and helping other clinicians grow professionally.
