What You’ll Do • Lead, motivate, and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional pediatric care. • Visit pediatric clients throughout Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties to conduct assessments and evaluate care needs. • Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation. • Supervise and support field nurses to promote high-quality, reliable care. • Facilitate orientation and onboarding for newly hired nurses. • Participate in ongoing staff education, clinical training, and in-service programs. What You’ll Bring • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. • At least two years of nursing experience. • Trach/vent experience or a willingness to learn. • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. • A passion for pediatric nursing and helping other nurses grow professionally.
