About the Role

Lyra Health is looking for a strategic and AI-savvy storyteller to reimagine how we create, manage, and scale compelling narratives across the full pursuit journey, from the initial RFP through finalist presentations and deal closing. Combining sharp writing, strategic messaging and process discipline, you'll help our Sales and Customer Success teams tell stronger, buyer-centric stories that communicate Lyra's value.

Sitting within Lyra’s Solution Marketing team, you’ll lead Lyra's proposal content strategy, strengthening the quality and impact of our RFPs. You'll own the messaging foundation within our proposal response platform, while putting emerging AI capabilities into practice to improve first-pass drafting, personalization, and quality.

Beyond proposals, you'll help shape how generative and agentic AI transform content development across Marketing and Sales. Working closely with Product Marketing, Segment and Solution Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you'll experiment with new technologies and develop smarter, more scalable approaches that improve efficiency and storytelling effectiveness across the full pursuit journey.
